How far in advance should I book my party equipment?

We recommend booking at least a 3 months in advance. For custom stickers and larger events, earlier bookings may be necessary.

Can I see samples of sticker designs before I place an order?

Absolutely! We provide a digital proof of sticker designs for your approval before printing. Upon request, we can arrange for some physical samples to be mailed.

What areas do you service?

We mostly service Salt Lake and Utah Counties. If your wedding is out of these areas, let us know, and we can work with you!

What's the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! We require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations 30+ days before the event are eligible for a refund for any additional payments. Events cancelled less than 30 days from the event are non-refundable.

Do you provide staff to help with equipment setup and breakdown?

Both the silver and gold packages come with assistance with set up and takedown!
